EXPERIMENT #3
Forkable Futures - Art Book
a decentralized publishing experiment
What does a decentralized future look like?
We’re inviting artists, writers, and thinkers to imagine future artifacts - speculative tools, rituals, texts, and/or objects - and contribute them to a living, forkable art book on the Solana blockchain.
Each piece becomes part of a chain of ideas: remixable, traceable, and ever-evolving.
Submit one. Fork another. Help us write the future, one artifact at a time.
How to Participate (3 Simple Steps)
1. Imagine a Future ArtifactSubmit a speculative object - an artwork, story, image, ritual, tool, video, audio clip, piece of code - anything that captures a possible future.
2. Connect It to the Chain
Start something new or fork someone else’s idea. Each artifact is linked using PDA, forming a living lineage of creativity.
3. Submit It — We’ll Mint It for You
All you need is a wallet. Just fill out the form, we’ll mint your artifact as an NFT and connect it to the evolving chain.
How It Works
-
Artists submit future artifacts.
-
Each artifact is minted on Solana via a Programmable Data Account (PDA).
-
New pieces connect to previous ones — forming a forkable chain of ideas.
-
Artists can start new threads or remix what came before.
-
The art book grows with every contribution.
Attribution & Forked Royalties
-
All works are credited on-chain to their original creators.
-
Forks link back to their source — preserving authorship and influence.
-
When a fork is collected, Forked Royalties are distributed up the chain.
-
The more your work inspires others, the more you earn — creatively and financially.
